Solution:
To resolve the error "There is not enough space on the disk.", follow the steps below:
- Manually remove the rescue folder from the location - C:\QuarkXPress Server Documents\QXPSRescueFolder-version.x (Example - QXPSRescueFolder-16.3.4)
- Set the rescue folder creation flag to "false" in the ServerApp.properties by following below steps:
- Navigate to [Installed location of Quark Publishing Platform] \Server\conf
- Open "ServerApp.properties" file in notepad.
- In the Serverapp.properties file set the flag as "True" for Rescue folder creation in the Document Pool.
- Save the Serverapp.properties file.
- Start QuarkXPress Server.
