Can't reinstall QuarkXPress Server Manager

1. Browse to C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Universal\common\Gen1\_vpddb
2. Create a backup of the “vpd.script” file and name it something like “vpdbak.script”.
3. Remove the entries related to “QuarkXPress Server Manager” from the vpd.script file.
